  • Word Count: Articles should be between 1500-2500 words.
  • Formatting: Use subheadings, bullet points, and short paragraphs for readability.
  • Backlinks: Up to two non-promotional links to relevant, high-quality content may be included.

2. Prohibited Content

  • Articles with promotional intent disguised as informative content.
  • Content that includes misinformation, offensive material, or irrelevant topics.
  • Overly self-promotional or keyword-stuffed content.

3. Attribution

  • Authors must include a short bio (50–100 words) with a headshot and one link to their website or social media.

4. Editorial Rights

  • We reserve the right to edit submissions for grammar, style, and length while retaining the original meaning.
  • Titles may be altered to improve engagement or SEO performance.

Sponsored Article Guidelines

1. Content Requirements

  • Relevance: Sponsored content must align with our audience’s interests and reflect our brand values.
  • Transparency: A clear disclosure (e.g., “This is a sponsored post on behalf of [Sponsor Name].”) will accompany all sponsored articles.
  • Value-Driven: Articles must provide actionable, informative, or entertaining content—not solely promotional.

2. Disclosure

  • All sponsored articles will be labeled as “Sponsored” to comply with legal and ethical standards (e.g., FTC guidelines).
  • Disclosures will appear prominently at the beginning and/or end of the article.

3. Editorial Oversight

  • Sponsored content must meet the same quality standards as guest posts.
  • We reserve the right to reject submissions that do not meet our editorial or ethical standards.
  • Links within sponsored articles will be marked as “nofollow” unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • We do not allow links to low-quality, harmful, or irrelevant sites.

Submission Process

1. How to Submit

  • Email submissions to content@vibeadventures.com.
  • Include the following:
    • Proposed title and topic.
    • A draft article or outline.
    • For sponsored articles: Specify the intended promotional focus.

2. Review and Approval

  • Submissions will be reviewed within 7 business days.
  • Approved articles will be scheduled for publication based on our editorial calendar.

Fees and Compensation

Publishing fees may apply and are determined based on the nature of the article. Payment terms must be agreed upon prior to publication.

We adhere to all legal and ethical standards, including:

  • FTC guidelines for sponsored content disclosure.
  • Copyright laws for images and text.
  • SEO best practices, including marking sponsored links as required.
