Alex: Hi, Harry! Thanks for having me. I’m Alex, originally from Belarus, and I’ve been in love with travel for as long as I can remember. I’ve visited around 50 countries so far, but for the last couple of years, I’ve been focusing on my travel project here in Mexico City. It’s called Vibe Adventures, and our mission is to make adventure vacations easier and more accessible for everyone.
Harry Sardinas: That’s incredible, Alex. Tell us more about Vibe Adventures. Is it focused solely on Mexico, or are you expanding globally?
Alex: Currently, we offer experiences and tours across Mexico and Central America. But we’re taking things further with a dynamic packaging tool that will allow travelers to book personalized adventure vacations anywhere in the world. This tool will integrate flights, accommodations, activities, and even transportation, giving users the ability to customize their entire trip.
With over 20,000 flight routes included, travelers will be able to plan their adventures seamlessly. Whether you’re flying from New York, London, or Tokyo, this tool will make it easy to book personalized, multi-day adventure packages anywhere in the world.
Harry Sardinas: These days, people seem to value personalized experiences more than ever. Gone are the days of cookie-cutter vacations where everyone has the same itinerary. What trends have you noticed, and how does Vibe Adventures cater to this growing demand?
Alex: You’re absolutely right, Harry. Travelers today are looking for authentic, personalized experiences. They want vacations that reflect their unique interests, not something generic. That’s why we’ve made personalization the core of what we do.
For instance, our platform allows travelers to customize their trips from start to finish. You can choose your flight options—whether you want a direct route or a layover to save money—and then build your itinerary with guided tours, hotels, and activities. It’s like putting together a puzzle tailored entirely to your needs.
Harry Sardinas: That sounds like a game-changer. But what about people who prefer adventure vacations?
Alex: Adventure is at the heart of our brand. We offer options for jungle treks, cultural explorations, snorkeling, ATV rides, and more. Travelers can combine these activities into one personalized itinerary, ensuring their trip is both exciting and meaningful.

Alex: Great question, Harry. It’s true that traditional tailor-made holidays can be expensive because they require a lot of manual effort. However, we’ve partnered with established local suppliers and leveraged technology to streamline the process.
Our dynamic packaging tool provides travelers with multiple options based on their budget. For example, if someone wants to visit Cancun but prefers small group adventures over all-inclusive resorts, they can find affordable, exciting alternatives on our platform.
By working with trusted suppliers who have pre-designed group departures, we ensure both affordability and quality. The trips are still customizable, but we eliminate unnecessary overhead costs, making adventure vacations accessible to more people.
Harry Sardinas: As someone who’s traveled to more than 50 countries, how has travel influenced your creativity and problem-solving?
Alex: Travel has been life-changing for me. It’s one of the best ways to break out of your routine and gain fresh perspectives. When you’re stuck in the same environment, it’s easy to feel uninspired. But the moment you step into a new place, whether it’s a bustling market in Bangkok or a serene beach in Mexico, your mind opens up.
I’ve had some of my best business ideas while traveling. It’s not just about seeing new sights—it’s about being fully present in the moment. You’re more open to new experiences, which naturally sparks creativity and helps you find solutions to problems.
Harry Sardinas: I completely agree. There’s something magical about traveling that seems to clear the mind and boost productivity.
Alex: Absolutely. And it doesn’t have to be a luxury vacation to be impactful. Even a short weekend trip can recharge your energy and provide a fresh outlook on life.
Harry Sardinas: Vibe Adventures is a tech company at its core. How are you using technology to stand out in the travel industry?
Alex: Technology is the backbone of our business. We’re developing a web app that’s responsive on all devices, so users can plan their trips from their phone, tablet, or laptop without needing to download another app.
We’re also integrating artificial intelligence (AI) into our platform to enhance the customer experience. For example, AI can help travelers quickly find the best tours and activities based on their preferences. If someone wants a nine-day beach and jungle vacation in Latin America, the AI can analyze countless options and suggest a personalized itinerary.
However, I believe in balancing AI with human expertise. While AI can handle data and logistics efficiently, human interaction is essential for building trust and offering personalized advice. Our goal is to combine the strengths of both to provide the best possible service.
Harry Sardinas: Let’s shift gears a bit. For entrepreneurs listening to this podcast, what advice would you give about identifying their target audience?
Alex: Knowing your audience is critical for any business. Start by asking yourself who your product is for and what problems it solves.
For Vibe Adventures, our audience includes travelers who value unique, authentic experiences. These could be families, solo adventurers, or groups of friends looking for something beyond the typical resort vacation.
Conducting surveys, interviews, and market research can help you understand your audience better. It’s all about finding that sweet spot where your passion aligns with the needs of your customers.
Harry Sardinas: As an entrepreneur who’s making waves, what are your top five steps for reaching the first million in sales?
Alex: Great question! Here’s what I’ve learned:

Alex: Absolutely, Harry. When you travel, you’re exposed to new cultures, perspectives, and ideas. It’s an incredible way to clear your mind and approach problems from a fresh angle.
For example, when you’re stuck in your routine, it’s easy to feel trapped. But stepping into a new environment—whether it’s a vibrant city or a tranquil forest—helps you see things differently.
Travel also gives you the opportunity to disconnect and recharge, which is crucial for creative thinking. Sometimes, the best solutions come when you’re least expecting them—like sitting on a beach or hiking through a jungle.
